Namelaka Patisserie @ Bangsar Baru, Kuala Lumpur

Recently I discovered a lovely dessert house ~ Namelaka Patisserie, located at Bangsar Baru, Kuala Lumpur. The word Namelaka is Japanese term for creamy texture and the technique for making this creamy texture comes from the Valrhona school of pastry.*

Established in year 2018, Namelaka Patisserie delivers its passion by giving the utmost attention to the taste of their ultra-refined handcrafted desserts, with no added sugar and are made fresh daily exquisitely for taste buds indulgence.

The latest masterpiece offered by Namelaka is fruit-based theme French dessert, with 5 flavours to opt for indulgence ~ Pear, Orange, Lemon, Green Apple and Passion Fruit. These beautiful trendiest desserts looks so real and lovely, once cut into half only can realized that the outer part of the "fruit" is chocolate, with refined cream in the middle and fruits cut into small cubes to place in inner part of the dessert. These three layering delivers rich texture and taste to indulge our taste buds.

The lemon is my favourite! The lemon's flavour is actually quite strong in terms of sourness but I love it, as I'm a sour-taste-lover :) It's refreshing and with a hints of mint and lemon skin slices plus its fresh fruit, I just want this more!

The dessert house is also offered fresh brewed coffee with beautiful latte art and refreshingly handcrafted mocktails, with lovely names ~ Butterfly Pea Lemonade, Golden Pear Apple, Passion Fruits.

Such a wonderful day filled with beautiful skincare + detox for healthy body + delicious gourmet + warm hotel hospitality! Indeed a beautiful year to continue my wonderful exploration in blogging journey. So, after attending the BEAUTEVAGANZA Event by EHL, me and other blogger friends went up to the hotel's exclusive Executive Lounge on 23 Floor, for the ever scrumptious King of the Grill Italian Barbeque Buffet Dinner. An awesome place with full of indulging-relaxing vibes and splendid view at outdoor seats which instantly sparks my exciting spirit.

I wish to apologize for uploading too many oyster pictures, purely because oyster is one of my favourite food for soul, its freshness, juiciness, eating oyster is like I am connecting to the fresh cool sea breeze, getting the nature's goodness from deep blue sea...

What a fruitful day to remember! After enjoying the wonderful buffet and lots of fun chatting with blogger friends, I went back to my hotel room to continue my rest and relax staying. With the complimentary Wifi from the hotel, I was able to do my social media works. After watched some fashion news and updates from the hotel's in-house satelite television, I turned on the hotel in-house music to bring me into my sweet dream.
