Charlotte Gan: Ryoshi Izakaya Signature ~ The Premium Japanese Restaurant at Atria Shopping Gallery

Many thanks to Racheal Loh, adding another tasteful experience in my makan journey, I have the opportunity to attend the Grand Launch of Premium Japanese Restaurant Ryoshi Izakaya Signature at Atria Shopping Gallery, Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

Adding to my another favourite list of Japanese restaurants, Ryoshi Izakaya Signature is located on the ground floor of Atria Shopping Gallery. With its minimalistic design and a mix of modern and traditional Japanese elements, Ryoshi Izakaya Signature boasts a spacious and wide seating capacity up to 130 pax that is perfect for group dining and events.

In line with the restaurant's aim to only serve fresh premium Japanese food ingredients, the menu showcases authentic Japanese cuisine favourites covering appetiser, soup, sashimi, tempura, grilled dish, rice, as well as the iconic special Omakase pairing set of Bluefin Tuna and sake at RM499 per person, second person for RM299 on 22-23 June 2019, in conjunction with the grand opening.

To present the perfect Japanese cuisine dining experience, an array of premium sakes and beverages are available for guests to choose from while dining at the restaurant.

Ryoshi Izakaya Signature is founded by a group of likeminded passionate people in the F&B industry, namely Dato' Patrick Chong, female restaurateur Christina Chan, national badminton players Vivian Hoo and Goh Jin Wei who both embarked on a double duty role ~ a restaurateur and an athlete.

"I frequent here four times a week playing the role of eating and serve some form of entertainment previously and may be involved more later," said Vivian in an interview with The Star newspaper.
