In fact, the main ageing caused factor is glycation - it is the food we consume daily which will then be converted into sugar, which is our energy source, however, excess and unused sugar we consume drifts freely and binds to the protein inside our body to form glycation, and this denaturation of protein will then form Advanced Glycation End-products, in short form AGEs.

Another factor contributes to glycation in food is the cooking methods, which are mainly baked, roasted, grilled, fried and toasted. Reason being the protein and carbohydrate in food will be 'caramelized' under high heat, and brown substances will then be produced. The more of the brown substances, the higher the AGEs.

My LIVEON Review 

I suffer from knee problem since few years ago, I always have those 'clack clack' sound whenever I walk onto the staircase, and I feel painful whenever I squat down then stand up. And I have a sensitive skin, whenever I want to work on my freelance social media posting job and sleep late, pimples started to appear on my face skin. 

After consuming LIVEON for half a box of 8 sachets, the obvious result for me to notice is that my skin is feeling like a baby skin, smooth and shinning, and my pimples disappeared.
