It provides satisfying, energizing snack for our busy days. Dates are high in calories particularly carbohydrates (74 grams) for the energy we needed especially during a busy day. Besides that, dates are high in natural fibre, with nearly 8g of fibre in 100g of dates. The natural fibre helps to regularise bowel movements, ease constipation and improve overall digestive health.
